white mountain warrior camp
JULY 21-26, 2025
Plymouth State University
White Mountain Warrior Camp is a retreat type overnight camp system designed to expand participants' mental, physical, emotional and spiritual states of being. Through this challenge students will be sleeping in tents, participating in two wrestling workouts, one beach workout and one hike a day in the White Mountains of NH. At White Mountain Warrior Camp we supply healthy food options for the athletes to stay well nourished while pushing their limits internally and externally. Factored into their workouts, students will be doing cold water therapy, yoga, journal reflections and meditation. These practices will catalyze the students ability to process the immediate experience and give them an opportunity to reflect on their daily work. The mission behind this is to provide these humans healthy outlets toward living a wholesome well-balanced life, while also pushing them to increase their overall awareness. White Mountain Warrior Camp is a one of a kind wrestling camp that will forever have a positive impact on the participating athletes.
The camp will be held in Plymouth, NH at Plymouth State University where the students will be camping out at the Adapt Base Camp within 3 miles of campus. On campus is where students will wrestle, lift, eat and shower.
Cost of camp is $1600 for the complete 7 days (including tournament on Sunday) or $1100 for 4 days
