Virginia Beach Warrior Camp 2025
June 2025 marked the first time the Warrior Camp was hosted in the city of Virginia Beach, bringing high-level Freestyle wrestling training to the area in a dynamic and immersive environment. The camp attracted athletes eager to grow technically, physically, and mentally in one of the most competitive formats in the sport.
The camp was designed to elevate athletes’ understanding of the techniques and tactics specific to Freestyle wrestling. Participants received world-class technical instruction, including Eastern European-style warm-ups that targeted joint and muscle preparation for the unique demands of the sport.
In addition to technical drilling, wrestlers engaged in exploratory sparring and a high volume of live matches and positional work. Each day featured multiple wrestling sessions, complemented by two outdoor beach workouts that challenged conditioning in a new environment.
To build complete competitors, the camp included mindset training sessions aimed at developing mental toughness and promoting a holistic approach to the sport. Athletes learned strategies to strengthen focus, resilience, and confidence both on and off the mat. In a fun, hands-on experience, wrestlers also got to prepare their own "warrior meal" by making MREs (Meals Ready-to-Eat), simulating a real-world, rugged aspect of fueling for competition in an adventurous way.
The week culminated with an informal tournament on Saturday. A fueling station was available to support recovery and performance, and each athlete received a nutritional packet. A Q&A session was also held to educate participants on how to fuel their bodies for peak performance during training and competition.

White Mountain warrior Camp 2024
2024 White Mountain Warrior Camp was one for the books! It was the first year that we were able to incorporate New England College dorms to ensure the safety and comfort of our athletes. It was also the first year we added in the 7 day option in which truly tested the athletes who endured the 7 days.
Each day was structured around climbing the mountain, getting in a field workout and wrestling 3x a day. Guest clinician and World Team Member Chance Marsteller featured the final 3 days of camp. This year we plan on bringing the intensity up another notch as we continue to grow.
The structure is solidified, the work is defined and the proof is in the pudding. In our 3 years of operation we have had State Champions, New England Champions, National Champions and World Team Members enroll into camp and beyond that, students are returning home with a lifetime experience.
